Austin Raymond "Ray" Renfro (November 7, 1929 – August 4, 1997) was an American professional footballflanker who played 12 seasons in the National Football League (NFL) from 1952 to 1963 for the Cleveland Browns.

He also played as a halfback from 1952 to 1958. He played college football for the North Texas State Eagles.
